Nick in the service department is friendly and helpful. He is knowledgeable and works hard to get things done in a quick way. He does a good job of keeping you updated. Ryan in the service department is unfriendly and seems annoyed when you ask questions or an update.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Inver Grove Volkswagen thanks entirely to Kasai Farris, a dedicated Staff Member who assisted me with a post-sale inquiry.
The reason for my call was a follow-up regarding a potential refund for some ancillary charges I was unsure I was entitled to. The process was made incredibly easy because Kasai was very eager and enthusiastic to help me right away. He committed to researching the details and followed up with a call in a very timely manner.
What truly stood out was his eagerness, enthusiasm, and commitment to finding the correct answer. He was genuinely happy to deliver the good news that I was indeed entitled to a refund. Because of Kasai's effort, I felt valued as a customer, confident in the dealership, and relieved to have such a clear and positive resolution to my request.
From the start, Kasai was incredibly enthusiastic and eager to find out what I was entitled to. He committed to doing the necessary research and even called me to provide a quick progress update, which I greatly appreciated. He is a true asset to the team.

VW Inner Grove was by far the best experience I’ve had shopping for a new car. They related to my story, stayed late for me to sign paperwork same day, and everyone I talked to was kind. I would highly recommend stopping by! Their inventory is also the best I’ve seen with the best offerings!

This was by far the least stressful car-buying experience I've had - working with Michael was a pleasure; there was never any time that I felt pressured or that he was being anything other than genuine. He was easy to talk to and kept me company while finance was busy.
Everyone else was very patient and accommodating when I ran into a down payment issue after banks had closed; I could only put $500 that night but they still let me take the car home and trusted me to come back with the rest the next day.
I love my new car; it's exactly what I wanted and I'm so glad I was able to find it at a very fair price.

If you want a quality used vehicle dont buy it here.
Poor quality used vehicles.
They dont have the integrity to back up what they sell.
This dealership deserves accountability for the lack of integrity and customer service.

Still nope
Trying to manipulate the situation to act like you did the right thing is not ethical.
Providing a loaner, completing an alignment, and replacing the wiper blades doesn't resolve the following issues with the vehicle which you were given multiple attempts to fix: leaking power steering pump, leaking power steering lines, leaking valve cover gaskets, leaking spool valve gaskets, worn and deteriorating to the point of not being able to be aligned suspension components, fouled spark plugs, sliding door mechanisms failing, multiple exterior and interior lights not working, timing belt in need of replacement, and transmission cooler lines leaking all of which have been verified and documented by a certified mechanic.
The issue is the failure of a thorough used car inspection by your mechanic.
The issue is the failure of your integrity to take accountability for what you sell after the fact. Your trying to get out of it as cheap as possible.
I've already started the process to get this vehicle road worthy out of my own pocket due to your failure to do so.
Wanted a reliable family vehicle you failed to provide that.
