Everyone is very friendly and patient with the customers in this store. They always have everything in order and the store is stocked.

Is there a place for zero stars? I have been going to the pharmacy for over a decade. Today was the last day. I don't have complicated health and my prescriptions are common. When there's a shortage, I try to have grace and be patient. When they're short staffed, I again, understand that it isn't the fault of the employees that are doing their best. But since the pandemic I consistently need to come back another day to get my prescriptions filled because the pharmacy closed early due to staffing, they don't have the scrip, the Internet is out so they can't fill it. I'm done. I want to support Walgreens because I feel like it's losing it's foothold in the business but I literally just left the store sobbing because I'm sick and tired and it's winter break and all I want is to feel better so I can spend time with my family but I can't because for some reason the systems are down so they're unable to fill anything. To be fair, the employees have always been kind, helpful, and courteous. But whoever is running this ship is failing at their job, failing the Walgreens brand, and failing the community that relies on this pharmacy as part of their healthcare.

I got my Covid and flu shots here and I feel good about the fact that Walgreens has a pharmacy. Also caramel big cups are tasty!

The pharmacy never answers their phones, I received a notification today to call about a refill I was waiting on and was on hold for almost an hour before someone finally answered. They then proceeded to hold the phone and talk to someone else instead, so I got to hear someone else pick up their prescription including verifying personal information. Super unprofessional. Go to the location on Robert and Butler, the people there are much nicer.

I want to give a big shout out to the pharmacist Vivian as I had a good experience with my vaccine in spite of being by herself and very busy she was able to accommodate me and give me the shot in efficient time. Thank you Vivian for a good job you did!!

The absolute worst service I've ever had. Was on hold for over an hour and no one answered right before close, i called off of 2 different phones and no response. Didn't even say there was anyone in front of me, they just ignored my call for a full hour. Tech and pharmacist line when I have important meds to be filled, so disrespectful and ungrateful.

Not the worst of drug stores nor the best...but they do have good staff that actually want to help patrons. I couldn't remember if I still had an Walgreens account-so they looked it up for me. Thank you! I was able to use my "Walgreens account" to get the discounted price on a product I was purchasing.

I have used this Walgreens for years but there is a real question: Why is the pharmacy closed on the weekend?? You know, when people have time off to do things like pick up prescriptions??

The pharmacy is always closed for some reason or another. Today I found out they take two hour lunches11-215. I tried to stay ahead of the holidays by going the day before Christmas Eve. Again closed. I understand that people are short staffed but with the technology now a days you could update your pharmacy hours online to let us know not to waste our time. Lunch breaks are different every time I go so I’m never sure. Merry Christmas

This chain is by far the most expensive pharmacy I have ever come across. The staff rotate so fast you are always helped by someone completely new. There was only one person that I have seen twice. She was working alone (or appear to be working alone) the 1st time and the 2nd time a manager from the front end was "helping" her with stock. Everytime no matter the time of day there has always been a line of people waiting to pickup prescriptions. I was lucky enough to talk to my Dr to help find a cheaper alternative for medication and found that Walgreens was charging over double the price of the medication of the other pharmacies.A long wait to pay more. No deal.

Was just treated very rudely by a pink haired pharmacy technician when trying to pay for my items(gauze, wrap tape, etc)asking if they're too busy up front and that the pharmacy is only for prescription pickup. Wow. Nice attitude.

Pharmacist break is MUCH longer than what is told when you place an order for prescription - Walgreens website and app say 1:30-2:00 but I arrived before 1:30 in anticipation of this and ended up having to wait for well over 45 minutes before someone was staffing the pharmacy, making me late for work. I chose the location as it is very close to my work but will not be returning.
