I was accused of shoplifting from this store, even though I have receipt. Be honest, I am afraid of shopping inside of any Walmart stores anymore, so I ended up buying something to come to my house that I do not need to pay for delivery fee because I am afraid of shopping inside Walmarts anymore. Bad decision to use delivery fee on Walmart App I knew that I think it was bad decision for me to use a delivery fee, but I am not going back to any of Walmarts to shop inside Walmarts anymore because I will be afraid of getting into trouble again with co workers by doors who wanted to see my family member's and my receipts. I knew it's bad decision to use Delivery Fee on Walmart App, but I honestly was so uncomfortable with in-stores because I felt like I was accused of doing wrong things.

WORST LOCATION EVER. Do not waste your time ordering grocery pickup. We waited 20 minutes in the parking lot before they came out. Awful.

Today I witnessed several rude employees one by the name of Pam who scolded a 5 and an 8 year old for playing with toys in the toy department with their parents 10 feet away. She asked the parents" are you going to pay for these?" Parents said no so Pam took the toys away from the eight year old in the five year old. She then walked away the parents told me that they probably would have bought them if it wasn't for this lady Pam. And later confronted her when she was complaining to several other employees about the customers in the store. Then the four of them ganged up on me saying just move along saying you don't have anything to say about it. I spoke to a supervisor and advise her that she should be fired and she said she won't do that. I spend $500 to $600 a month at a Walmart between pharmacies groceries clothing and other things. I will never shop at Walmart again this includes my pharmacy orders.

I like this Walmart. Thankfully it is very close and generally has the quick pick up items our family needs. I hope they keep it open. Wish they stocked more tombstone cheese pizza though.

Drive past this Walmart, they treat all customers like criminals. You go through the check out and have to show your receipt at the door. When i have complained about this before the store manager said they only stop people with big ticket items. Okay, so today when i didn't have the time to drive past this walmart like a usually do and ran in for a couple of items. My BIG TICKET items $5 cat litter, garbage bags and a couple of food items. YUP do not shop at this Walmart, they suck.

Racism strikes again! Nothing like a little undercover racism to start your day off right! I'm in the check out line #7(today, 10am if any higher up cares) and notice the self checkout was open, wishing I had gone to it instead as there was four lanes and only one customer using them. Then I notice that one customer was being heavily monitored by an employee standing behind her. What do you know, she was black and had a gold chain on...must be up to no good! As I load my groceries up, I see that some guy is still watching her every move as she pays for her small bags worth of items. Another customer pays and goes, but he doesn't even notice her. He's to busy watching the other woman's EVERY move with a scowl on his face...like he was just waiting to pounce. I stared at him, stare at her for a solid two minutes before he sees me watching him. It was subtle, but it was definitely there. I've worked at a grocery store in my past and I know how some people stereotype their customers. I was told this store is much cleaner and organized than the Robert St store, so I went out of my way to give it a try. While it is true that it's a much nicer store, I will never return here again after what I witnessed. Kicking myself for not calling him out, so this will have to do for today. Maybe next time he should walk up to customer and kindly ask if she needs help instead of glaring at her from behind like she was up to no good.

I will never provide this place with my business ever again! I was initially told when I ordered contact lenses from their vision center five days ago that would be approximately a week and I would receive the lenses. When I called today to check on the status of the lens order, I was told by a person in the vision center that they could not help me because they were off work and someone would call me back within 10 minutes. After being dumb founded by that comment, I then called the main store manager to discuss the fact that their sales person was unwilling to help me because they were getting off of work. I was then placed on hold for more than 10 minutes when I finally was able to speak to a manager. I was only told that that was not acceptable and they would talk to the person. I then called the vision center back because I did not receive a return phone call, and was then told that they had no idea when my contact lenses would be in. Customer service is dead. Evidently you can ever ask for something because Walmart employees are done with their shift and they can't go out of their way to help you.

I shopped at this store yesterday. As I was leaving, the door person said, "Oh, did you just put your receipt in your purse?" I said yes, why? He told me he had to check all the items in all of my bags. I had no electronics and he clearly saw my receipt. When I refused and explained I didn't have time, he responded with "Well, get used to it because it's going to start happening a lot more!" I stated I simply won't shop there anymore. To which he replied, " Good don't shop here anymore!" Although I reported this to the store manager, I am sure nothing will happen. They still employee a cashier who likes to throw peoples items into bags and lecture them on what they purchase. I told the manager that it will either be Amazon or Target who gets my money going forward!

Selling way-expired milk (2/28/16 on 3/12/16); my partner didn't notice (bonking after a long bike ride - just wanted chocolate milk & fast) and ended up with stomach problems tonight after drinking it. 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager genuinely seemed to care & be happy for the tip-off when I called.

I knew walmart sucked normally but WOW. This place is not only laid out abnormally but every store around it seems to be out of business as well. On a positive note, the staff was nice? So in conclusion. .. don't need to ever go here again.

This Walmart is a mess. It's laid out unlike any other Walmart in the world and it took forever to discover that although they look like a super Walmart, they carry every thing a normal super Walmart sells, they indeed are not a "super" Walmart. They've got all the groceries, health and beauty, crafts, toys, a garden center and entire section dedicated to coats, but if you want produce or dairy, (no mr. manager man, wrapped cheese singles are NOT a dairy section!) then you are out of luck. Is this really just a warehouse for overstock or close to code non-perishables?? It was a wasted stop since I needed to go to ANY other location (CUB across the street) to finish my shopping. But now I know and we all know, "the more you know......."

I am not happy about going into any Walmart and this one was no exception. We were looking for one item and couldn't find it anywhere. The sales floor staff was also unable to locate the item so we left. Least favorite part of the entire experience was the wild band of about 10 7-9 year olds running around like it was Disneyland.
