The staff were super friendly. We had a broken spoke and they were able to fix it and get us back on the trails in an hour. The shop is also super cool with almost any up grade you could ever want for your bike. We will be back!

Because of my own error, my daughter’s disc brake pads fell out on a trail ride. We immediately rode to Cykel about 30 minutes before closing time. They took the bike in back, installed the pads, and only charged me $24. (That’s like nothing for brake pads installed.) the best part is they didn’t make me feel like an idiot for losing the last set of brake pads, saying, “Everybody makes mistakes.”

Rented e-bikes from Cykel for an outing on a work function. Set us up with five, sweet Transition and Kona e-bikes.
We had a blast and one person in our group went over the bars and damaged the brakes, grips and bars on the bike. I was expecting to be on the hook for hundreds of dollars of repairs. Matt at Cykel- “I’m glad nobody got too banged up. These are rental bikes, they get some damage. Don’t worry about it, I’ll get it fixed up.”
We will be back and thanks to these guys for setting these bikes up to have a blast!

The staff, service, and selection are amazing! Every time I stop in for a quick tune up or some new gear the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. This is a small business I couldn’t be more happy to support.

Lewis (idk how he spells it, but he has a great mustache) got my bike sorted out so I could ride the rest of Memorial Day weekend. He got me up and running and charged me a fair price. I’ll come back, the shop is great and I really couldn’t ask for more.

Used them for a weekend rental, set me up with a bike that was in good shape, took time to make sure I had proper fit and was comfortable before sending me off. Also snaged a deal on a jersey on my way out too. 100% will be a repeat customer.
