Ordered a steering joint. 3/4 36 small diameter. It showed up and they said it doesn’t matter they are generic, and all the same. But there are two. A thin and a larger one. Basically acted like it’s no big deal. Offered my money back but I need the correct joint. Was also incorrect part number. Bad customer service.

If you’re looking to be belittled, lectured and talked to as less than a person by all means do business with them. If you are looking for quality parts for your classic car with excellent customer service, look far away in the opposite direction. As a repeat customer who’s ordered many parts from them over the years I expected much better. Ordered a gas tank for a 58 Cadillac. The poor quality led to broken solder and a leaking tank. Fitment isn’t much better compared to original. They also forgot
To include a crucial piece of hardware for the tank install. When asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge I was told “we are all adults here and can take care of problems ourselves” save your money and shop elsewhere. You’ll thank me later

They seemed like a good company during the order process. The problem is they make mistakes and you end up with the wrong part. I ordered a replacement gas tank for my 1953 Mercury Monterey. Not sure what I got, but it definitely isn’t what I paid for. Now I am trying to sell it on FB to recoup some lost cash. Be very careful and measure everything they send.

Would definitely buy glass for my next build from them. The way it was packaged could have withstood a tornado. Glass was perfect, I just received it so hopefully it all fits like as good as it looks but I don't have any doubts. This whole transaction was top notch

Purchased a windshield for a 62 Ford Fairlane and was busted top left and bottom right, cracked all the way across in 4 places and split down the middle in 2 separate pieces, they said tough you waited past the 24 hour period to check it, so I was out almost $600,ask why there wasn't a fragile handle with care on packaging, they said we don't do that, what! ,I ALSO noticed that there was wide clear tape across all the long cracks, who does that! Fishy, got a lawyer and contacting minisota state police for investigative options

Right from my very first phone call to them about 56 Ford glass, everybody there was extremely helpful, and enthusiastic to help me. I just moved back to Elk River area after being in Colorado for 35 years, and found the passion for car - hotrod culture still is strong in Minnesota. I can see my son who has his own hotrods recommended Auto City. Every member of staff at both buildings were awesome in their knowledge & skills. Thanks! 😎

I called and ordered windshield glass for my 1970 Camaro RS. The glass was very reasonable and the shipping was twice as much. The glass arrived in 2 days in the most incredible packaging I've experienced. The box was huge and the glass was perfect! I've never seen packaging so well thought out. I ordered the butyl ribbon from them as well. The install process was slow as the majority was prep for the new glass. Everything went off with out a hitch. My experience with Auto City Classic was exceptional!

not the best place of my choice. Bought a 1966 Mustang disc brake conversion kit and is been nothing but problems!! very disappointed I could of for the same amount of money purchased a different brand and saved myself lots of hours trying to figure out what the problem was; Had to spend more money fixing the low quality parts having to buy another master cylinder for a totally different vehicle and a proportioning valve as well. I did call the customer service number and got no help at all. So buyers beware if you thinking of buying this Mustang disc conversion kit think about twice. There are more sources with better quality parts maybe for an extra couple dollars but the time you'll save is priceless.

DO NOT BUY from these people. I bought a full set of glass for my 84 C10 from these folks. Supposedly OEM specs. The door glass is over twice the thickness as OEM. When I called to inquire about the difference the guy pretty much blew me off with every excuse in the book.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM. Purchased front windshield and back glass for our Pontiac at Ducktail Run 2 weeks ago. They said they were the original (which were clear) when we got them installed we realized that the back glass has terrible distortion in the center of the glass. I spoke to Derrick and was told that this is what happens during the tempering process and there was nothing that could be done. After checking older reviews I realized we are not the only ones with this problem. BEWARE
