Would highly recommend going anywhere else if you’re buying anything from these guys?
Bought a truck as is From them for over 10k it was advertised as a good running and driving truck. Drove home 10 miles has transmission problems slams into gear. Skips gears. And the radio doesn’t work. Called them to see if they could work something out instead of calling me back they sent an attorney after me And refused To help in anyway Very disappointed this is not how you do business.
I run my own business if someone has problems regardless, if it’s as is or not, I’ll make it right no questions asked, I guess that’s the difference between a good business and a bad one

I stopped in here about three years ago after getting a flat tire on 65 just north of the shop. Dennis was the man behind the counter and he helped make my normally bad experience a lot easier to deal with. From that day on I have always made the trip from Mora to Isanti to get my tires from him. I gave him a 5 star review.. Recently I made the drive down to get tires for my wife's car. A woman behind the counter named Kayla asked if she could help me and I told her that I was looking for tires I gave her the size and she looked at me like I was speaking French, she then began to wander the rows of tires in my opinion pretending to look for them making me feel like I am being inconvenient to her. At this point I asked where Dennis was she told me he's not here but I could talk to Mark if I would like to. I said yes and she went in the shop and had him come out. Within seconds of him stepping out I got a strong smell of alcohol and I hadn't noticed it before talking to him. He was able to answer my questions but at that point I decided I was not going to buy my tires from either of them and left for the first time upset. Do your shop a favor and bring someone back to the counter that actually knows something about the things they are selling.

My husband and I recently purchased a large trailer mounted, multifunction, log cabin style fish house from Dennis. The price was surprisingly reasonable, and he was kind enough to mount a brand new set of tires on it at no extra charge. He is a very down to earth, polite businessman. We highly recommend Bucks, Toys and Tires to everyone out there. We would have given him 10 starts, but there is no button for that.

Recently moved to the area and needed two new tires on the back of my vehicle. Didn’t even get to a price, vehicle nothing. Dennis was so EXTREMELY RUDE and just wanted me off the phone. He heard my boyfriend ask a question and proceeded to get upset at us for him doing so then hung up.

I've been trying to get 2 tires put on our car and they say their hours are 8-6 mon-fri but nobody is up there and the doors are locked and tried calling numerous times and left messages and no response! If you have set hours posted online then they should be there, or answer phone, or at least call back!!
