“The other day as I was at Kwik Trip, my vehicle died. A kind cheery woman named Lydia and a very sweet crew member named Caitlin jumped started it up again. This manager of kwik trip showed the true meaning of hospitality and customer service! I will be returning to this store!!!”
“I recently visited Tidal Car Wash in Cambridge and had a great experience. I was helped by a young adult who was very kind and patient while I decided which wash to get. She mentioned the Graph-X option while I was considering the Dry & Shine, and we ended up choosing the top wash since it was only about $10 and included everything.
I also had my 3-year-old daughter with me, and the employee even took a moment to say hi to her. When my daughter asked her name, she replied, “Amber!” which absolutely made my daughter’s day. She loved all the colors and lights as we went through the wash.
Overall, a 5-star experience. My daughter now asks to go to the car wash every time we drive by!”
