Members Cooperative Credit Union provides an amazing experience with helpful staff. The customer service is outstanding, with collaborative efforts from the team. They offer good rates, such as 4.94% APR on loans. However, they only have locations in northern Minnesota and not in the twin cities, making it difficult for some members to access. Additionally, getting in touch with the bank can be somewhat difficult. Overall, Members Cooperative Credit Union is a great option for those in the area, with wonderful teamwork and good loan rates.
I only come in a few times a month, but they always remember my name at MCCU-Isanti 😊 Cassandra and Heather are usually the gals helping me and they are always so friendly, smiling, and helpful. Customer service like that definitely stands out these days!

Always amazing experience. The staff is always helpful with any questions or concerns I have.I only have one bad thing to say, I wish they had a branch in the twin cities, but this is more of a me problem then anything about them.
