Absolutely horrible. Took all our money in fees after we were told there would be none. Why have a savings account here when they charge you? Worst bank ever! AVOID!

Don't seem to know how to handle IRA accounts. They tried to tell me I couldn't cash out before retirement, but I work retirement and benefits and know you can, there's just an extra 10% withheld for taxes on top of the 20%, for "withdrawal prior to retirement age". The manager called me back to apologize for their associate telling me that. I then asked about adding more money in while out of state and never got an answer on whether or not they can overnight me paperwork or do it via email, so I just have an IRA there that I can't add to or supposedly pull out of?

The only problems i have had.. have technically been my fault for not paying enough attention and they covered me but charged me like 35bucks even when the amount I was short was like 80cents... But the government is trying to protect big banks right now... Don't open accounts at the 3 largest banks in the country they are about to fail.. what we should all probably do is purchase as much gold as you possibly can and begin to SLOWLYish pull out cash and keep cash they are gonna release a US crypto type currency and they will control your spending in the name of saving the earth example.. are driving your vehicle maybe bringing kids to an outing or racing to the hospital because you got bad news or going to pick up your date for a romantic night out .. whatever .. and BING! (For some of you Rick and Morty fans it'll sound more like "just shake that @$$ b!shh an let me see what ya got) it's a notification from you digital ID app huh oh.. turns out you have been driving an awful lot lately and your social score dropped 25 points and you aren't allowed to buy gas for 8 days... You selfish driver mcdriverson how dare you kill this planet with your shenanigans... Meanwhile they take off on their private jet to go to Epstein island 2.0 code name "OH, NO! HE DIIUNHHT" island... I'm just saying be careful out there everyone.. buy some chickens maybe a cow and learn about gardening and canning n get to know the people around you if you don't already amazing things can happen when people can come together and YAAAAALLL don't panic everyone just remain calm its gonna be rough for a while but we got this also minnco is a bank and I mean we'll see how well this ages but I'm convinced anyhoot good luck everyone and team work makes the dream work! Lol. Much love minnco is legit

More often than not, Minnco does a pretty good job of doing right for their customers. Been with them for many years, and they have come threw for my family a few times and helped us out.A word of warning though. DO NOT have a checking and savings account with them and opt for the courtsey pay AND over draft protection. The way their system is set up, the courtsey pay goes into effect before over draft protection. Which is ridiculous and more of a bank move than a credit union. So even if you have more than enough money to cover a debt in your savings and your checking goes into the negative, they pay the debt and charge you $30 upto $500 worth of transactions into the negative and then over draft protection will go into effect and take from savings. I'm out $60 because of the way their system is set up, even though the money WAS/IS there to cover the debts. Really was the last thing my family needed right now. Unless they change their system, stay away from courtsey pay and keep your money with you!Update: The information I had been given was incorrect and overdraft protection does go into effect first. Thank you Minnco for looking into and correcting this so promptly!

If you enjoy taking a load from a Karen who thinks she has to bring her mother bear mentality to work, you'll be pleased. Now if you have a brain, and a semi decent understanding on how to treat a grown adult, you may run into issues. After calling and requesting to talk to someone, you consistently receive a Karen who knows nothing about her job, but knows a fair amount how to be passive aggressive glizzy gobbler. Also, you might receive 5-4,000,000 useless letters a month about new promotions and rates, but the second you ask for a document you may be waiting an entire season. So grab your lube, bend over, and get ready for the Karen at Minnco to have her way with you all summer long (nonconsensual).

5 people standing behind counter, but only one helping customers, while several waited in line.Tried to make a cash deposit ($1200) but they wouldn't take it because I had $30 in quarters, and their COIN COUNTING MACHINE was broken.

Always taking out fees even though my account is setup not to. They then refused to reimburse all of it but only a small chunk of my money. As a single mother this is totally unacceptable!

I just wasted 45 minutes waiting to talk to Peggy (the only loan officer there today). The entire time we sat there, she continued to make small talk with an old lady in the office with her. She never let on that there was someone else waiting or made any indication that since their transaction was complete she should move on to the next customer. She just sat there and discussed grocery prices and drama between the customer's children. How disrespectful to everyone's time and how completely unprofessional can you be? If you can see you have customers and they can HEAR your conversation you should probably be respectful enough to move on. This isn't a social club or a therapists office. I can say I won't ever work with her on any of my banking needs due to the clear lack of professionalism displayed today. Thank you for wasting my afternoon.
