Rob, the manager, went above and beyond to help me with a battery issue. He came out, tested it, found loose cables, and even fixed it on the spot. After recently losing my husband, this is the last thing I wanted to deal with... his kindness and willingness to help meant more than words can say. Thank you, Rob!

Disappointed in the level of customer service from Oreilys over the years, we have recently tried moving our business purchases from Autozone back to Oreilys due to them being closer…. But store manager Rob quickly reminded me why we go elsewhere as he doesn’t understand basic customer service skills nor sales skills.

Not into customer service. Paid 173.93 for a car battery, of course that included a 22.00 core fee.Went to return the old battery, told him I lost my receipt. Showed him the transaction from my credit card statement and Luc, the assistant manager refused. I asked him if he would look at my battery and ring it up and see the total is exact. Didn't care to help or look up transaction from the date. I realize I lost the receipt, the wind must have blown it out of car. It's not rocket science- do the math. We'll never be back.
Edit: After calling my CC company and exploring any actions, they suggested I call Corporate. So I did. Spoke with a cheerful young man named Trevor. I gave him my purchase information, he looked up my invoice number with which the store can use to look up my receipt. Very helpful. Called store and spoke with Luc and gave him the invoice number. He asked me what was he suppose to that? Being as he's an assistant manager I assumed he should know. I mentioned I got the number from corporate and boy did things change. All of a sudden he remembered! He looked up my receipt immediately and was really nice. Went in the next day and Jon was working. I returned the old battery and got my money back-SORT OF. He wouldn't give me my money back, he sent it to the CC company whom I already pd-in-full. So now they run my finances too-but that's another story.....
Bottom line is, If Luc would have done his job, told me Corporate could look it up for me, he could have printed up the receipt and I wouldn't be here. I wouldn't have had to waste over an hour to figure it out myself.
