“This was my first visit to Fishers to use the Ramp on opening day. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. They were so helpful and friendly. Someone came out and helped me launch because I was alone and gave me a ride back after I parked my trailer. Top notch service I will definitely recommend them.”
“We went in on a holiday weekend and it was busy, yet they were kind and considerate to their customers. They have great drinks and an even better atmosphere. Another great place to visit when up North! It’s truly a place for the whole family. Great job!”
“The cabins are cute, clean, and dog friendly. The restaurant & bar has good food and affordable prices. It's nice that there's launch fishing boats that leave directly from the property. The only negative was that, on our first visit to Mille Lacs, no one told us there was a big event at the resort on Labor Day weekend. We woke up on Saturday to craft booths surrounding our cabin and a big sound stage with big speakers and live music about 50 ft from our cabin. It was so noisy and there was no privacy as the windows in the kitchen and front door did not have curtains and people were looking right in. The crowd was very rowdy and overindulged all weekend. It's not the place for a quiet weekend on the lake, though it would be great if you're looking for a "local hotspot" without the expectation of privacy and quiet. We'd return to the restaurant and the launch if in the area, but would likely find another place to stay.”

“I have stayed at Appledoorn's twice, once for a family weekend and the other was for a Bachelorette party. The location is beautiful and during the slow season with kids you can't beat the exclusive feeling even being in the beachside cabins. 10/10 would always reccomend, I can't wait to go back! The hosts are fun and kind people, the bar had great drinks and food, and the cabin was very clean.”

“Arrived here on a Friday evening for some meat raffles and dinner. Place was busy and service was still good. Great drinks, great food and fun pull tabs. Definitely be back when in the area.”
