If it wasn’t for the other volunteers, I would never go to this place. The manager is offensive in many different levels towards the customers and towards the volunteers. It’s truly sad.

Been going here for years and have been treated horribly by the older lady always yelling at her volunteers. Her name is Marcella and she’s Very Rude. My daughter is scared to ask to use the bathroom because she’s always rude to us. She has over charged me 3 times that I know about for my items. 2 days ago I was charged $16 and I had someone else from there re count my total and it was actually only $8.50. I’ve decided to donate my stuff somewhere else now and try to limit myself from going there to maybe once a month. The other people are very nice and I always shop local but this one makes me go elsewhere.

So I was there with my 89 young old mother and my sister and had to use the bathroom. Not only did she lady behind the counter walk in on me in the bathroom. She proceeded to say I clogged the toilet. She came to find me and was talking on the phone telling the other person on the other end that someone clogged their toilet and they needed help. She was extremely rude. I know it wasn't clogged because I shut the seat! As we were walking out she was telling the other lady that worked there something about me as she was pointing at me. I've been at this store quite a few times! Telling you now I will never come back! I was so humiliated. ?

I don't agree with the way they treat people they treat you like your second hand especially the counterperson marcilla she's very rude and unprofessional she talks about the customers as they come in the door and make them feel more uncomfortable as they're checking out one little question will set her off to a point of embarrassing my friend in front of a line of people I don't think she should be working any longer cuz I think she's getting a little congested but that's just me maybe she's only rude to me and my friends that come w me. I think if the owner new hover actions and the way she texted people I think she would make a difference in excluder from them workforce here in aisle and then he put her somewhere where it's more appropriate for her I live in aisle I know the people in aisle they're not big rich people like most think we need to second-hand store but we don't need to feel like we're white trash at the same time.

A surprisingly nice and well stocked little thrift store tucked away on the shores of Mille Lacs lake. The person working was very sweet, and I found a record, some books, and a couple of odds and ends. I’ll be back when I’m in the area.
