Got a flat on I90 with no spare - Sunday afternoon. Young man from Suspense Automotive towed me in and replaced my tire with a used one to get me home, 260 miles away. This guy went out of his way on a Sunday afternoon to help out!! Thanks much!!

Nice young man that checked my car out was very nice the shop guy tho likes to talk crap about people’s cars. I was waiting outside because it was nice out but to hear someone call my car a pos is very unprofessional and rude over decent service thank you

We were headed to Park Rapids for vacation Saturday after about 4 hrs on the road our water pump went out in Jackson, Spencer towed it to his shop with plans on fixing it Monday morning, with the town already starting to flood because of recent heavy rains, he went ahead and fixed it Saturday night so we wouldnt be stranded in town, so around 10:30 Saturday night he had us ready to be back on the the next morning. Exceptional service for a complete stranger traveling through town. We can't thank him enough he made our week. Thanks again Spencer hope all is well and the flooding is minimal.

These guys are the best!My Daughter was travelling from Canada across the country and had car issues and they brought her in checked the car and told her it was not a big problem Eventhough they were booked solid!They didn't even charge her!This is a class operation with down home great people!Nice to see honest garages not taking advantage of people! Everyone was closed Friday for a holiday weekend. But the doors were open here. We were going to be stranded, Sam worked with me, we hunted through the nuts and bolts to find replacements for my truck. He wouldnt except money as I did the repair. I finally got him to take some money and we were back on the road to enjoy our 3 day weekend.Service: General repairs & maintenance
