We are in danger of running out of gas to heat our home because our ticket was never submitted after we called. Staff is incredibly rude and, at times, inept. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not use these guys for your natural gas needs.

Lousy customer service. They don't answer the phone when I need a fuel delivery. Also, not enough delivery drivers, so there is a big delay with shipment. I will raise the rating if the services improve.Update: They were helpful to me since then at a time when I was not able to pay right away.

Ordered a fill COD and left a check in amount they told me. They then put more than that in and demand payment before doing any more fills. That on top of numerous deliveries taking the five working days irregardless of weather and tank level. Use another company if you have a choice.

Absolute worst company to deal with. Was sent a nasty letter 2 years in a row regarding gas usage even though I had used more than 80% of my contract amount. After switching companies for my home propane they are charging me money to pick up their empty tank. Stay away at all cost.

Great company and staff watch your levels order when your tank starts to get low and pay your bill and you will have zero issues with this company

I called left a message when I was at 18 percent . Come home and I am out of propane . Call the emergency line then got told multiple different prices then boiled down to “I want $375 to just start my truck “ I won’t state the drivers name on line but I surly won’t forget who he is .

The absolute worst customer service EVER! We ran out of propane, but the Guage said we had 47%, the manager Rob stated he would charge us 200 dollars for a emergency fill if the Guage was not broken. We tried to fill a month ago, but they said it would cost us more per gallon since we were over 40 percent. Well we waited and waited trying to get below there delivery threshold, but never got there and instead ran out cause there faulty tanks. This is not the first case Ive heard of there outstanding customer service either. They made my girlfriend cry cause of there arrogance and bad attitude over the phone. Good riddance lakes gas. You lost another customer.
