These guys are great. I run a shop in Eden Prairie and ever since I have started using these guys I have been very happy with the service and products. They come out and do a hot flush on the cooler for you to insure the warranty at no extra charge. Best price and best warranty.

I was told by The St. Paul Shop, the place that installed my new transmission, that DynoTec was the best place to have it rebuilt. My car is a collector car so I wanted to ensure, for the $3,500 they were charging, that it was being done by the best resource.In the end, the transmission was delivered and installed with a torn rear seal. This required me to find another shop to repair it and generated additional $220.00 of cost.It's been a month since I submitted my warranty paperwork and DynoTec doesn't return my calls. When I call and manage to reach JODY, one of the owners, she tells me that they will get back in touch with me and she never does.I've reached out to The Saint Paul Shop who did the install work and they've not been able to resolve the issue with DynoTec either. If you're going to spend thousands of dollars on a new transmission I would recommend you don't use DynoTec.

Beware, the reviews of this business are accurate!!!They used to be a trusted company to work with but now have turned into a horrible company! Filing bankruptcy is a poor way to get out of your troubles and avoiding paying out any warranties that should be honored! You built the product, came up with your own warranty, marketed your product but stand behind none of it leaving your customers with a junk product and out of money. The repair shops you sold your products to had to pay out of there own pockets to make things right with their customers and purchase a transmission elsewhere to honor the warranty they were told they had! Please change your currant ways and pay out the warranties you owe or just close your doors! There’s no need to rip people off!

Beware. Not worth the headache. They had my car and they kept telling me the end of the week. Same story every week. Would call them multiple times before I was able to speak to someone. Then they blocked my number. Sent them a text that I would have a tow truck come and get it to get it done elsewhere and take them to court. Then they called and he next day to said my car was done. This was after at least 2 months!! Very poor customer service. I am surprised they are in business!!

I have purchased many transmission from here. It used to be the place we always went to first when we needed a transmission. In the past couple years things have gone down hill with part quality issues and warranty compensation. I will no longer buy from here and now look to other places to help me with transmissions.

We have been waiting nearly 3 months on a labor claim payment, excuse after excuse. After a quick google search this seems to be a common practice for this company. Very disappointed. I deal with a lot of different venders for parts and typically a month is a common waiting period but this is ridiculous. ☹️?

Been waiting 2 months for a labor claim after a transmission had failed after 8 months and still no word. This is absolutely unacceptable as a business in this field of work. i would not recommend them to anyone!!

Negative 5 stars if I could!!!!! I've been dealing with these guys for 5 months, trying to get a warranty claim for a transmission that lasted just over a year. Every time I call the ladies are very nice and seem to be understanding but I have to talk to the warranty department to get anything resolved. So at this point ‘the warranty guy' is always conveniently out or has been replaced by a ‘new warranty guy.' Take it from me, as I operate a large service center in the Twin Cities, these guys don't make the premium product they claim to and when it comes time to back up the warranty on their product these guys will do any and everything to not own up to their inferior product, really that means they will do nothing. So in summary find another remanufacturer for your transmission needs...I wish I did because these guys are NOT good!
