Very rude employees. I tried to call to verify if they had a prescription. Before I could even finish asking my question, she said "no, we don't have any and I don't know when we'll get more." And then hang up on me. Then today, my roommate got a call from them asking if she still wants a prescription that was sent to them 3 MONTHS AGO. Never called to verify the prescription or to say it's ready. I now have no problem driving to shakopee for my meds. These people suck!

We first used this place thinking it would be convenient. The problem is they let Rx's expire before checking up on those that need it. Target (CVS) will inform the patient well before they're going to run out of meds so service isn't interrupted. Many times my wife and daughter would be pill-less for up to five days because first choice didn't have their act together. First choice needs,(and their clients need them) to be more proactive, especially when their competition can deliver.

Used this pharmacy twice and had issues both times. First time they claimed they hadn’t received the order from the clinic. Clinic claims they sent it. Not sure who to blame there. Second time they only gave me half my prescriptions and blamed the clinic again. The clinic sent all the scripts at the same time from the same nurse. So I believe the clinic this time. So both times I had to make two trips to pharmacy to get what I needed. Not worth the extra time, money, and gas when you have to go multiple times to get what you need.

I moved away and I still make the drive to use this pharmacy. The staff here is extra helpful they went the extra mile to help me with a discount on a prescription I use. They always remember me when I come in even though it’s not often and ask me about my life and hobbies.They have a good selection of over the counter meds as well. I will continue to visit this pharmacy they are a welcome site in town.

Love the convenience of the drive through. Prices are good and they are always very friendly and prompt. I moved all my prescriptions from Target because of the convenience. Definitely recommend.

I will not be using this pharmacy again for future medications, particularly prescriptions. The staff did not use discretion when asking me about my condition, blurting questions about my symptoms loud and carelessly (anyone in the store could hear). Being that I felt sensitive about my medication and my condition, I was embarrassed by their manners and cried on my way out. A pharmacy has a lot of medical responsibilities, but apparently patient privacy is not one of them.

I love the customer service I receive here. Although I wish the hours were a little more extended, I appreciate the convenience of having a pharmacy right in town. The staff is professional - there is no waiting - and the service is excellent!

Both the Jordan and Belle Plaine locations are fabulous. They go out of their way to ensure that my prescriptions are filled quickly, they always check the most cost effective way to provide me my medication, and are such an incredibly personable friendly, caring group, I consider them friends.
