I recently purchased a VR25 Elite exercise bike and once assembled it didn't work at all. Grinding and extremely difficult to pedal even at lowest settings. After registration and waiting on hold twice for over 30 minutes each time I finally reached a technician and he was unable to assist. I asked to be transferred to customer service to expedite a return and waited an additional 30 minutes until the line went dead. This equipment has proven to be excellent for drying clothes on cold winter days. Additionally, I noticed that the product hadn't been rated yet and I posted a similar review on the website directly a week ago and it has yet to appear.
