“Some packages never deliver to door and just left a notice in the mailbox, which says an attempt was made but no one to sign. I’m pretty sure they didn’t try to deliver coz I’m home in everyday, and we have a doorbell that can record all events…
this time I’m trying to schedule a redelivery online, because on weekends they only open one hour Saturday morning. But it shows on the website that there has been a scheduled redelivery, and asks me for a confirmation number, which I don’t have because I didn’t schedule it… I guess I just need to come to the office again…”
“There is a man named Jeff who works at the Belle plaine Post office and I just wanted to tell you that I am very pleased with how he treats me as a customer. He Is a super friendly guy and a very genuine fella...thank you for Jeff!!! May God bless him and keep him as well as the rest of the employees. :)”
“Although the wonderful, magnificent and efficient Sheila has retired. Stephen and Iesha are just as wonderful, magnificent and efficient. Knows you by name and offers excellent customer service. Small but mighty little post office.”

“I have a small Etsy shop and mail packages frequently. The service inside the post office is always friendly and fast. I have never once been helped by someone who wasn't kind and had a smile on their face. Neighboring communities have reduced mail delivery to one a week because if lack of help (imagine!!). You are doing an amazing job, New Prague. We appreciate you. Thank you!”
“We just moved to town and could not find our mailbox. Miss Connie was extremely helpful every time we had more questions. I am very impressed with how helpful everyone is there. Even our carrier Eileen helped us in getting our mail and parcels. Thank you Shakopee Post Office for helping these newbies learn your ways ?.”
“This is a comment in appreciation and respect for an exemplary employee of the Jordan Postal Service. His name is James- I don’t know his last name but he often delivers to the Bridal Creek neighborhood.
James has gone out of his way to be friendly, and kind to my family. He responds with warmth when my sometimes overly friendly grandchildren and their friends are playing in the yard. One cold spring day, he even took time out of his tight schedule to quickly show my grandson how to correctly (and safely!) jump start my car. Each time I see him he is friendly and warm.
It is a great feeling to see James passing through the neighborhood. You are wise to employ someone such as James, who while always staying very professional, seems to truly understand how to connect and relate to those he meets. It’s easy to see that he is a good person because positivity seems to be just so automatic for him. We need more of James in this world.”
