Even though I don't live in my hometown anymore, I always enjoying shopping at the stores when we're there visiting. We always find something we can't live without at the hardware store. They have many great products. The customer service is terrific. My kids love visiting the store pets. And the generous holiday events they have are a must-go-to! Karlstad is lucky to have this gem of a store.

everyone we go in there, they are so helpful even if the item is so small as nails. I went in by myself to get a new lock and instead of just telling me the side they brought me to the aisle and showed them and the differences. other times it's been for help picking out the color of my base board paint and it was so much fun. who knew
