“I would like to start by saying I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel Quimby's absolutely deserves it. I took my new car in just for a bumper repair after someone ran into it this winter. My dad also just had his car fixed at Quimby's and had a great experience, so i didn't stop to get quotes from anyone else.
Dustin, Quimby, and a couple other guys I didn't get the names of were incredibly nice, helpful, as well as very knowledgeable about every aspect of the insurance claim process and the repairs of my car.
Quimby's quote for the repairs of my car were right on point too. With progressive's quote only being lower because they quoted used parts even though I said not to.
Overall the repairs done to my car were flawless and everything works great. It took just over a week to fix which is what I was told. And to top it off, they even detailed the entirety of my car which was so nice because the floor mats were looking terrible from the winter.
