I had my suv towed to Gordy's due to hitting a deer on hwy 14 in the middle of the night all the lights on the dash all came on and fluid was spraying from underneath the hood! Gordys literally had my car back on the road 4 days after the insurance approved the estimate.”

“I was working on replacing a defective rear rotor on my Ram 1500 on a weekend and after removing it found that the inner emergency drum brake shoes were also defective. I was able to procure new ones on Saturday, but on Sunday when I disassembled the brakes and went to install the new shoes I found that all the springs were all very rusty and when I opened the brake shoe box I found that the shoes I had purchased (these were not from NAPA) did not include any of the springs or other hardware. I hadn't worked on drum brakes for decades and the last time I did all the hardware was included, so I made the bad assumption that that was still the case! Not any more, apparently! NAPA bailed me out! They weren't open on Sunday, and when I checked around the auto parts stores that were open none of them had the parts and couldn't provide them any sooner than next Wednesday. I couldn't wait that long. Checking NAPA, if I ordered online on Sunday, the nearby store could have them there on Monday! And they did! Monday morning! The hardware parts appeared to be of good quality and everything was there. This was great! The springs were painted to retard rust, but the paint was sort of soft and some of it got scraped off during the ordeal of installing them (I hate drum brakes!) but I have no doubt that they will last as long as the originals, which were still working fine after 9 years even though very rusty. I was able to complete the job and make the trip I had scheduled on Monday! Many thanks and kudos to NAPA for their excellent products and fast delivery! One side note... the star adjustors in the hardware package were longer than my OEM ones, so I had to reuse my original ones, which were the only component that hadn't rusted, so I was ok with that. All the other parts fit fine, I'm giving NAPA 5 stars for their ability to keep me on schedule!”
