Very friendly staff and a welcoming environment are a great store. The staff are always helpful and have beautiful displays. They always have what is needed and a reasonable price. The selection is good and the tools and procedures are explaining in an easy talk. The store is not pricey like most small hardware stores and the team has a big smile. Very friendly staff and everything i needed you had and at a reasonable price. Stopped to one in Dodge Center and they didn't have a very good selection. Store needs some work.

Chad is an easy guy to talk to. Takes time out of his extremely busy day to spend almost an hour explaining how to finish our project and the proper tools and procedures we should follow. I believe Paulette checked us out. Super friendly with a big smile. Very welcoming environment.
