Customer Service is amazing at KM Telecom. We had an issue with our internet at work on Black Friday and they were out within 30 minutes to fix it. Every time I contact them, they are friendly, quick and efficient. I would recommend them 150%.

Terribly expensive for being a local business in Kasson mn their internet speeds are way to slow for what they want to charge! They definitely need to lower their prices if they did I would switch in a heartbeat. I only gave them 2 stars because well they aren't Spectrum! I bet the won't post pricing because of these high prices and they probably change via your location so they can quote you higher or lower prices depending if you are in the more expensive living areas!

Had a green service box with the cover missing and wires exposed near or lawn. City of Kasson offices were closed. Didn't know who else to call, but KMTelecom sent someone out within minutes. Turns out, it wasn't their equipment, but they fixed it anyway.

Ever since your equipment update, the cable tv has been poor. Many channels lock up than it comes up with a signal saying the signal has been lost. Not just an occasional thing and appears not weather related.It is becoming very frustrating.

Have no real complaints about KMTelecom's fiber product, I work from home and very rarely have an outage. My recommendation to KMTelecom is to undercut Spectrum rack rate pricing since Spectrum's 1GB non-promo price is $119.99 vs KMTelecom's $175.99 for 1GB.

DO NOT BUY!!! Worst Internet and customer service. If you want a head ache and constant frustration about your Internet always shutting off well go with them. I would pay more money for other service before using them. I hope this saves 1 person from your nightmare of a service you call Internet.

DO NOT USE THEM FOR INTERNET. Worst customer service. Have had constant Internet shutting off since day 1. Wouldn't use them again. I would look elsewhere for Internet. If you want a head ache and constant frustration from the Internet shutting off then you found the right people here.

Internet is fast and reliable. Not only that, but love how easy it is to get support. Highly recommend getting away from ISP’s like Spectrum and switching to KMT

Having so much problems with our bill after we decided to cancel. We cancelled in April, and had to call multiple times to have them change our bill. They over charged us, even though it was an accident on their end and still says wrong amount online that we "owe". Still waiting on a check as they owe us. We "overpaid" since we cancelled before end of the month and will get prorated and given a refund. It's been 2 months altogether and about 3 weeks since I last talked to them about "expediting " our check.
