The units are clean and the place is well looked after. They were very helpful when we were up against a deadline in getting a unit closed and I truly appreciate their help. That meant a lot to me. My only complaint I have is that they consistently increase our rent each year.

I rented a unit for my motorcycle during the winter time. The ease of contract was a blessing. Easy to obtain unit and easy to terminate lease at the end. If you're looking for an inexpensive, safe, and clean place to store, I recommend.

Easy to see what's available and rent storage right on their website. I parked my trailer at the country location for a few months, very easy access off of Hwy 14. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve been a customer at Legacy Storage in Kasson and Byron for years. They have been great to work with. Super easy to get started, quick response to questions, and text reminders for billing. Great service! We would definitely recommend them!

Customer service is on par and 5 star. Easy contact less setup online. Only issue I had was remote padlock entry but was comped more than adequately for the inconvenience. I've had 5 different storage units, legacy is definitely different than the rest

We have 2 spots at the Kasson country storage and have had issues with people putting their campers in our spot. The 1st time it happened, it took them 3 weeks to resolve it. The 2nd time it happened, they refuse to return voice messages, text messages, and emails. I left them a message that I don't expect to get charged for my spot if someone else is parking there and they still put the transaction through. They have made no attempt to resolve this situation which tells me they are double dipping to make more money.
Update: I stand by my original review! It took a Google review for their"manager" to contact me to get the person parking in my spot moved and suddenly they knew who it was after waiting weeks. Yet I was still charged for the time they were parking in my spot which was over a month plus I had to drive back and forth out there to move my trailers that should've just been able to be put into my spot for the get go. They say they weren't double dipping?! Well I got charge for someone else to park in my spot so either they were double dipping and charging both of us or they were stealing from me by having me pay for someone else to park in my spot. I made attempts to call, text, and email to get the billing "issue" straightened out and no one will do anything about it. They don't return calls, texts, or emails. So if it isn't double dipping it's THEFT. Time to look for a new spot to park my stuff. Glad it was worth it for them to lose 2 customers over it. I would NEVER recommend this company to rent from. They will steal from you one way or another. Anyone that wants to see proof, I have pictures that are time stamped of when we had people parked in our spots both times, emails, text messages, and phone call screen shots.

Previous military so I am used to moving around a lot and have had many storage units in the past. This is by far the best, cleanest, and easiest experience with a unit I have ever had. I was able to book my unit online and when I showed up they had one of their locks already on the unit ready for me to use. No hassle. They provided the combo for the lock in an email. I highly recommend using this company for all your storage unit needs.
