Phenomenally roasted coffee, incredible family, and great mission. I loved working with Jim and Crystal on their packaging designs for Trail Creek and seeing it come to life.

Went to Jim’s roasting class tonight and had a great time!! Lots of info but still accessible for coffee newbies. Added bonus we got to take home 3 different batches of fresh roasted coffee that we roasted.

When ever we travel we always pick up a bag of beans from small roasters. We have yet to find a roast that tops Trail Creek's Slingshot Espresso! Best beans we've found in WI, IA, SD or MN!
