Mail lately just shows up whenever, no real schedule to it. Also keep receiving neighbors stuff and having to deliver it myself. Not impressed.

Trashy front end employees. Walked in zero greeting. I could hear them gossiping about someone, gave me attitude when I asked a simple question. I even said thank you and she just looked at me. Nobody takes pride in their work anymore. Misery love company.

I have to give a poor review simply because the packages never arrive at our house and are typically dropped off by random people who have gotten the package by mistake. This has been happening a lot more frequently and have never experienced a postal service like this. Kasson's location really needs either new management or to be retrained. Their system is just a jumbled mess since we've moved here.

One wouldn't think a review of a post office would be on my list of things to do but kasson post office has great service with money and time saving features/help if you ask.

Used them for years and honestly they have such amazing service. Very friendly and helpful. Today, I was having an 8’x12’ shed delivered and constructed and they had to block our mailbox to do so. The mail person actually parked the vehicle, got out, and put the mail in our mailbox. That is not what I would expect from previous postal services! It may seem small, but shows how much they care. Thank you to whoever delivered mail to 9th ave NW in Kasson on 1/11/22. You’re a rockstar.

I went here once to mail something. I learned this building used to be a Burger King! Can't say that about any other post offices I've been to. Very helpful too!

Second time this week that my package has been just tossed towards my house. First time I watched the lady toss my package onto my front steps. Come home today and my package is on my sidewalk. 3 feet from my steps. Ridiculous

Have never had any problems. They have been every helpful if I had questions and I have never had to wait too long. The one in Rochester takes a lot longer.

Never had a bad experience here. The people have always been kind and wonderful to work with. The prices have gone up a little in the past years but still the cheapest place around to send packages.
