I have never had a problem with Kenyon post office and I’ve been here nearly 6 yrs. Some people just like to complain.

The post master does nothing to support their employees. They allow them to be bullied by the community and refuse to stand up for them or appreciate the hard work they do day in and day out delivering HUNDREDS of packages to ungrateful residents.

This has happened twice, where our packages are being thrown while being delivered. I have ring doorbell footage of this being done.

Would give zero if I could. Never been treated so badly by the post office. I own a business and they don't deliver because apparently my house is inaccessible due to road construction. Yet FedEx delivers just fine. I spend thousands with the post office every year, this location needs to be shut down. The post office is supposed to check every mailbox, but they act like they can never get out of their vehicle. Sheer laziness all the way to the top. Stay as far away as possible and look at the 1.7/5 speaks words for this worthless organization.

2 times now an order of mine from Amazon that was out for delivery at 6:30 am this morning all of a sudden states, customer has requested that the package be held for collection, I never once asked it to be held, it was supposed to be delivered today, wouldn't be a big deal except that this is my daughter's nebulizer and the saline solution to put in it, which that's why we ok ordered it cuz it said it would be here Monday, my daughter needs it NOW!! but you took it upon yourself to just hold onto it for another day, my sick child and I are really ANGRY right now, thanks to you guys she has to wait another day, if you were only open right now, let me tell you......I gave it a 1 star rating only cuz there was no zero or negative stars to give, I give you negative 5 stars

If I could post a zero I would. I sent an Easter card (which was 12 April) to a family member who lives in Kenyon and it just arrived TODAY (15 May). This isn’t the first time a letter has taken more than two weeks to get to my family member. This is ridiculous; I’ve never had problems like this with any other USPS location, so it’s got to be the employees. What is going on at this office?

Another upsetting night, only to come home to find our mail & packages destroyed by our dogs. One delivery to the next is never the same approach or attempt with these people.
