My husband and I have been with American Family Insurance, Ehlinger & Associates, Inc. for several years and look forward to many more years with them. We insure our homeowners and auto policies with them. Tom and the American Family Team have always researched the best options for my husband and I, and we are always pleased with their exceptional customer service. Tom is exceedingly knowledgeable, professional, confident, and explains everything fully and doesn’t leave any questions unanswered…and I always have a lot of questions. So, with that said, I should add that Tom is also very patient too. Ehlinger & Associates gets to know their clientele, you are not just a number, you are unique and valued. He encourages a review of policy coverage on a regular basis to keep things up to date and his agency responds quickly to any questions we have. We have been with American Family for nearly 50 years and with Ehlinger Agency since Tom Ehlinger took over the American Family Agency we were with.
