Just picked up a 2015 yukon xl with a bunch of miles and was fully made aware of all issues and faults. Basically bought it sight unseen and couldn't be happier, the salesman mat was super helpful in making the transaction as easy as possibly and was fully open about the small issues. I'm actually surprised how honest they were about the whole thing. Was expecting much worse.

Drove across the state several months ago to look at a Volvo C30. Eric and the sales team were pleasant and easy to work with. It was refreshing to work with people who were cared and were passionate about the cars they were selling. After getting burned on my last used car, Eric included a short term warranty with the purchase.
A couple weeks after I brought the car home, I received a package in the mail with a cargo cover and some spare parts that I didn't know were included with the car. I would've never known if they had kept those parts, but they shipped them anyways which speaks to their honesty.
If you are looking for a specialty vehicle, this is the best place I know in the state to find it! And if you like something they have, be sure to reserve it. Without it, I might've lost the car to someone else.

These guys are great! They sourced a pretty rare Subaru with unusually low miles and priced it about right, so I bought it. Drove fine on the test drive but immediately needed a new clutch- they offered to help me out by splitting the replacement! They stand by their product and will help you out if somethings not right. Hard to find in used car sales. Great folks to work with!

If you are looking for a used car with unique qualities like low mileage, few owners and very good condition - shifted is the right place
For about 6 months I tracked Shifted inventory until I saw something I felt perfect for my family
Within 48 hours of the first call I already have a deposit to assure the purchase
All my purchase experience was virtual, they let me send a friend to look the truck for final review.
Matt was able to work with me to finalize paper work and ship the truck within a week to my garage.
The after purchase service was very satisfactory and engage.
Battery failed within a week and they did immediately seek to understand how they can help / and they did
Matt and Eric gave me and my family the best car purchase experience I could have /

I can't say enough good things about Eric, Dennis, Mat, and everyone at Shifted who helped with my CRV purchase. Discussed things on the phone in advance. They were ready for me at my appointment time. Paperwork was already printed. Great offer on my trade. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They have a nice indoor showroom so you can check out the car to your heart's content, including crawling underneath. Honest, transparent, and reasonable dealer. Highly recommend!

I had a pretty decent experience with Shifted when I purchased my 2013 Jetta Sportwagon TDI. Cant say anything bad about my salesman Mat. He answered my emails and questions very quickly, also sent extra videos and pictures when requested. My wife and I flew from Central PA to Lacross and Mat picked us up at the airport and gave us a little tour on the way back to the dealership. We made it a Fun trip home of 906 miles without a hiccup. There were a few minor interior imperfections that were not disclosed prior to making the trip, But knowing it was a used car you need to expect these things. All in all I'm happy with the car and it will work great for a daily commuter. Who knows when I need something else maybe I will make another trip.
After about 1700 miles of driving I had the electric fan crack, it had wobbled enough to eventually cut the lower radiator hose and leaving me and my family stranded along the highway. This was all prior to me receiving the title in the mail so I was a little upset . I reached out to Mat once again with a cost of parts on how much it was going to be to get the car back up and running. He was gracious enough to cut a check and cover the cost of the parts. Luckily I am pretty Mechanically inclined and was able to to change the parts myself so I didn't have to pay the dealer to do it. I had asked if they would like to add a few extra dollars for my time and labor but that was not the case. I apricate the money for the parts but was disappointed that my time was not worth anything. Anyway car is back up and running.

The purchase was easy and shipping handled efficiently and effectively.
This was our second out-of-state vehicle purchase and by far the best!

I had a great experience with shifted. Last year I bought a 2012 Mini Cooper. It was a really neat car and the family really liked it. Our sales guy Dennis did a really great job answering our questions and giving us the confidence to make the two and a half hour trip. They were really great to work with, negotiating was quick and easy, and I thought they were very fair.
I had the car for about 6 months, and realized that it just wasn't a good fit for us. I called them back and asked if they could help me out. And they really did come through for me. Eric was excellent to work with. They traded me out of my car into one that fits our family much better. And were very generous with the offer for the buyback and the whole process was really smooth and quick. I would highly recommend shifted to anyone and in fact have done so with all my friends.

I recently had an excellent customer experience with Dennis. We had to replace our family car after it was totaled, and Shifted had a nice CRV on Facebook. We were driving around LaCrosse looking at several vehicles, and stopped by Shifted to see if they still had the CRV. Unfortunately they had recently sold it but Dennis was nice enough to show me a different CRV they just got in with even fewer miles. Dennis seemed busy when we got there and still spent a lot of time with us going over the car. He pointed out the cosmetic defects they had found right away and explained how they had taken the car to a Honda dealership to have a common recall issue inspected. I felt like Shifted did a better job than most dealerships at inspecting the vehicle and fixing any issues before they sell it. I also felt like they meant it when they said to call if I had any issues with the car after I bought it and they would find a way to help. I could tell Dennis was a car guy by the way he talked about the other cool cars they get to sell and how much he knew about mechanical issues and common problems with specific models. I really enjoyed buying a car from an actual car person rather than a salesman.
