I was on my way from Iowa to Michigans UP. Had a truck tire blow up on me 15 minutes away, 20 minutes before they closed a 6pm. Gave them a call and asked if they were able to replace my tire even if I got there a few minutes late. They were very helpful and agreed to help me out even though they had to stay an extra 15 minutes. I never had a shop go the extra mile to help me out, I would highly recommend this shop!

We had a reservation at 11 am Saturday and no one bothered to tell us they were closed. We found out when no one showed up. Ridiculous customer service.

U-haul should drop this place as a partner. I rented a one way U-haul from this location. The owner is impossible to get hold of. The one time he did pick up, he told me to call back after a certain time. When I did, no one picked up despite multiple tries. He never picked up on others days too. He then proceeded to move my pick up location to another U-haul store and did not have the courtesy to give me a call or send me an email. Avoid doing any business with this location.

Proceed with extreamly caution when buying a vehicle from Travis. He will say anything in the moment to make you feel comfortable so you givw him money. His mechanic told me his famous words were “needs to run good for the test drive and that’s all” .

Buy a car elsewhere.Travis knowingly sold a car with hidden major underlying problems when we specifically discussed how we needed a reliable car. Thousands spent on repairs and the car is still not running.
