Ive known Bob for probably the better part of 20years. Bob V. Is one of the nicest guys and one of the best souled men you will ever meet, and he feel like my grandfather I'm ashamed to say I haven't visited enough. Hes taught me many things hunting, fishing, and outdoors related through the years knowing him. Many that stop in quick or from out of town have no idea the knowledge, integrity, sportsman, stalwart, that Bob V. Has and is. Take the time to sit down and talk with him. Ask him good questions. Bob's always help full and knows, and if he doesn't know lol he will straight up tell you. Bob V. Bob is one of the most knowledgeable folks I know for local fishing, licensing, firearms, hunting info and is a genuine decent guy.I will drive an extra mile or so the seek out info I can trust versus a good guess from some recently hired guy newly assigned in the Sporting Goods section at a big box store.

Always a great stop to see Bob. I can get knives sharpened, get some fishing gear or a firearm purchased. Bob always has a hot tip on the local bite too. Definitely worth a stop.

Stopped in for a fishing license. The guy was repeatedly giving me an attitude about not making any money from our transaction. I understand that he doesn't make money on selling licenses but with that kind of treatment, I will avoid going back when I do need something more.
