A family member moved to Lake City a month ago. We shopped at Fresh Market on 10/04/2023. Being used to big box groceries, the prices were high. We used self check-out. An employee hovered over us like a drill sargeant, wasn't a bit friendly. We put our paid for & bagged groceries back in our cart to take to our car.... read full comment

Lake City Fresh Market used to be a great place to buy your groceries but now the bakery goods are far less taste-tee than the homemade baked goods they used to have before. I will be buying mine at Kwik Trip from now on.

Great little market. Friendly staff and a variety of options for dietary allergies and the picky eater. I stop every time I go through this area. Best little market in the surrounding area for sure.
