Really poor build quality, all the way down to the way a dump box lever is fastened to the PTO tower, have you guys ever even heard of lock washers and lock-tite?... Improper gauged wiring, poor placement of brackets for the hitch plate... You can definitely tell what was built on a Friday. Every new truck I've driven out of your facility has had nuts fall right into the pto tower off of the handle in the first few miles!, And now here I go digging for more!Pretty boxes, but your assembly line is misses the mark.

My husband and I ordered a custom built dump box. They had our truck for over 8 weeks before starting the build and didn’t measure right for one of the toolboxes. In that 8 weeks, the cost of materials increased, rather than giving us the better price of the cost of materials from the original quote, they wanted to charge us double the cost for a new toolbox. This was their mistake; I thought it would only be reasonable that they quote the price at the time of the original quote.THEN, after Coming to pick up the truck, they welded on the wrong size hitch. No apologies. Awkward. Didn’t want to admit their mistake.After spending $20,000, we were incredibly disappointed in the customer service and communication of this company. The workmanship is great but will never work with them again.

Benefits are great, most of the people are great, I've been working here for almost two years now. I love the work, just don't like a lot of the ideas the company has for employees. The customers are our first priority.
