“I was hoping to leave this review sooner but were in the middle of buying a home. I want to give a shout out to Shinna. We were in the process of selling our home and we met the guy to do the transaction of his check. Both parties were nervous about signing the check over and putting the title in his name. Shinna was very understanding of the situation and very patience with helping both parties through the transaction. She was very helpful on helping us letting us know she would be available in the drive through if the lobby was closed.
