We’ve used the Lake Elmo Classic Collision multiple times over the years and they’re always professional and prompt. They did major work on our Ford Lightning F150 electric truck in 2024 (which was pretty involved, given the aluminum work) and more recently scheduled and fixed a smashed side mirror the next day.

The process of getting my vehicle repaired was outstanding. Jamon was personable and knowledgeable. Mel was incredible as well. My vehicle was repaired flawlessly, I couldn’t be happier with the repair process and the awesome staff that made it happen.

So I got hit like I'm sure allot of other people did with the hail storm that passed through the Woodbury area and I came back to classic collision to get it fixed and I couldn't be happier. EXCELLENT work once again!!! Very satisfied, truck looks brand new.I highly recommend people to come here for hail or any other repairs!

I can’t recommend the service enough. I was treated with respect and was well informed of the status of my vehicle. They took care of arranging for the rental to be there and taken back for me, so I didn’t have to deal with it. Jamon & Mel both in the office were wonderful to work with. I would take a vehicle back here again in a heartbeat.

I was extremely impressed with the communication and transparency throughout the process, especially the weekly updates—something I’ve never experienced with collision repair before. The work was completed with professionalism and high quality. While dealing with collision repair is never pleasant, Classic Collision Lake Elmo made the entire experience simple and stress-free. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely choose Classic Collision.

Mel and the team at Classic Collision were amazing. Their customer service, repairs, quick turn around, and ability to work with insurance companies was nothing short of spectacular. I could not possibly recommend them more. This is the only place you need to bring your vehicle for collision repairs. You won’t regret it!
