I've had pretty good results with Eagle Point for car/renters insurance, especially lately. Responses have been very prompt and things are taken care of quickly. I would recommend. (I would agree, the staff seems to change often, though.)

I just got my renewal, premium increased by 40%. Not a single call, email, or anything else from the agent in the last 3 years. I had to look up his name on the website (its Jeff).. never met him or heard his voice, even after a claim where my son was in a serious car accident last year. You also have to talk to a different person every time (staff is always new and learning, then one day, gone). Pass on eagle point. I'm going back to State Farm before I renew.

Whatever you do make sure not to go with secura insurance by far the worst I've ever delt with in my life absolutely terrible eagle point itself gota say but they affiliate with secura bad move for them!!..think twice before using these guys...our review is one star for eagle point zero for secura..

I can always count on Jeff and his staff to be looking out for me and my family when it comes to insurance. Home and vehicle insurance rates seem to be going up across the board and some insurance companies are no longer going to be servicing individuals, as was in our case. Do NOT choose this insurance broker!!!! It took them 1 1/2 weeks to get me a quote on renters insurance, after completing forms, providing payment and submitting forms to them they called next day to say policy not valid their agency closed for the day before they got my info. Went through it all again. After submission they told me policy will not be submitted today because insurance broker left early. Don't waste your valuable time with them.
