We are closing this week with Legacy Title and they are charging $60 PER wire. In our case, they are charging for 4 wires; two of which are not wires but mailing a letter to our bank and sending a check to another. We weren't able to negotiate or mitigate these fees.

Took great lengths to keep people safe, glass barrier while signing, masks on everyone, hand sanitizer when walking in, gloves on when taking our IDs. Only issue was they didn't enforce people to wear masks while in the office. Some lady (looked like friend or a co-worker on vacation) who parked in the handicap spot was bringing in on a flat pallet a couple of deliveries going back and forth from her car and then stopping and chatting to the workers. I'd have preferred them to enforce the mask bit because I assume she is going around a lot of places not being safe like this.
