I strongly advise against using this company.
Our storage unit was severely damaged by water from both the ceiling and the floor. Management never apologized or took any responsibility for what happened. They let us know it happened and told us to file an insurance claim. Never once an apology either. Even after escalating the issue to regional management, they refused to offer any resolution — not even a credit for the final month.
We filed a claim with their insurance company, but after two months there’s still no update. You can’t reach anyone by phone, and the storage company provides no assistance.
We lost over $10,000 worth of furniture because of their negligence. I would absolutely avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

This company uses bait and switch tactics. Which is illegal.
Every three months you have to submit a lease Negotiations, or they will raise your rent 40-60%
I have been in this place since Oct 2024 and have had to submit 2 of these, today being the second.
This is wrong.
Also, I was calling for almost two hours, no answer.
Then it drove all the way there to arrive at an open store sign saying come in! With a locked door. Waited twenty minutes for office person.

had a great experience with this storage facility. The staff treated me with respect and professionalism from the start. They were helpful, honest, and made the whole process easy. I’m parking some of my trucks here and feel confident knowing they’re in a secure and well-managed place. Highly recommend!
