I bought a pair of moccasins in July. I really liked them and wore them often and basically wore them as slippers. I was disappointed to discover after seven months, one of them developed a hole beneath one of my big toes. The other moccasin was still very thick and strong, and this one had obviously been made with an inferior piece of leather. When I contacted the store, they replied:
“The leather is same thickness throughout the moccasin. I have talked to the owner and he said there is nothing we can do, when you wear them out, you wore them out.”
I can’t afford to replace them every 6-7 months so I just won’t buy their products again.

If you are looking for a great pair of quality moccasins this is definitely the place to go. Great quality and large selection. She will even measure and custom make a pair in a very reasonable time.

Stopped by to buy a pair of moccasins but didn't have my size. They took an outline of my feet for a custom pair and told me when to expect them. They showed up right when they said they would and they fit great! I highly recommend Itasca Leathergoods!
