“It's nice to have a meat shop that you can trust. Everything is very clean and neat. You can see the butcher cutting meat at the back which is also a pleasure. You know everything is very fresh. We especially like the brats that we buy from The Butcher Shop. They are meaty and have very little shrinkage when barbecued or broiled. Everything seems to have such wonderful flavor.
