Came in on a busy night, and they still managed to seat us right away. Staff was super friendly, and the food was top notch. The perch was especially tasty! I first visited the bungalow more than 30 years ago, and it's nice to see that they've kept it going and kept up the quality of service for all these years.

Old school themed bar. Use to be a mobster hangout back in the day. The food was good and the staff were friendly.

We were celebrating a birthday with family and have never been so disappointed with the whole experience. It was a Tuesday night and not busy at all. Arrived at 6:00, drinks by 6:30, waitress finally came back at 7:00 to take our orders. We had 3 small children who were quite hungry so we had the waitress bring some breadsticks. Food staggered out starting around 7:30. The burger for the 6 year old came out rare and since the grownups didn’t notice at first, this poor little girl ate a couple bites and someone noticed blood around her mouth and quickly stopped her from eating more. During the time we were there, I went looking for our waitress a couple times since everything was taking so long. She was no where to be found! The next 5 days I called and left my name and number and wanted an owner to return my call. Didn’t happen! Finally the 6th day I was able to talk to someone. So disappointing because we had been there a few other times and after this experience…we will not be returning.

I had their Sunday breakfast buffet. Was what I would call a medium sized buffet, with plenty of options. They had a good selection of pastries/ cookies, four different meat selections, French toast, waffles, meat and cheese tray, plus your usual breakfast offerings. Will be returning and will recommend trying. Atmosphere I would call similar to a nice supper club, not to loud and vary comfortable. With a bar ,small game room, and fireplaces. Prices are vary reasonable. ?

A great old-world charm. The staff was excellent and the meal was very tasty. We stopped in for the Friday fish special, and both the fried and baked options were extremely well made.

We had a reservation but when we showed up, they didn't have any record of it. It wasn't a problem as they were able to seat us but it was weird because we even called to modify the reservation and they confirmed the changes. Either way, the food was quite good but about what you'd expect for a rural restaurant/bar. Service was a bit slow but I think they were just understaffed as the service was still very friendly. Would maybe go back if I was in the area

Went for fish fish fry Friday, took from 5pm to 8 pm to eat, very slow service, at one time we had to ask if we even had a server. Finally got tired of the service so we decided to ask for our bill, this took over an hour to get and it was incorrect. I know help is hard to find but this server lost out on over $60 in tips from our table and restaurant lost out on furniture business. Canceled our furniture reservations for fish fry Fridays and Easter brunch.

A growing and thriving establishment which boasts an intriguing, vibrant history. The Bungalow sits near the St Croix riverbank along highway 95 and the 94 bridge to Hudson. It's a standalone business in a quiet, pass through part of town. A staple of the community, the Bungalow has been there for decades and will undoubtedly entertain for decades to come. From the friendly staff and charming atmosphere, to the unmatched food service and great drink prices, this little getaway will always hold a place in the hearts of many. Maybe you are passing through, or maybe you just came off of the river and need a break from the sun while you end your day. Find your escape from the busy world in this little piece of paradise where everyone knows you and greets you with a smile. Grab a drink and listen to the stories of a bygone era. No matter what you need from your leisure time, you are sure to find it here! Thanks for the memories guys, I'm looking forward to many more!

Update. Have a daughter now, and there are no changing stations in the bathroom big negative for me and any family that wants to eat at your restaurant.Fish fry every Friday and their cheese curds are to die for. The mac&cheese is on point maybe the best I have ever had and clamp chowder home made no short cuts here great friendly staff and a place that's worth the drive.

A Border Line Dive Bar posing as an upscale Supper Club. Not a place I will go back to soon, $75.00 for 2 cod dinners and 1 mixed drink? The fish was a nice size piece but it could have been seasoned and cooked better and if you are going to charge $3.50 extra for a small and less exciting Cesar Salad than the house salad it should be told and then $3.50 for club Soda aka Water with Bubbles something I have Never paid for before,

Service was fine. Food was okay. Just a lot of fried food on the menu. Nothing really healthy.
