One of those times, they even dug into online forums and discovered that the expensive $1,000 “fix” the dealership recommended wouldn’t have solved my problem at all. That kind of honesty and dedication is rare these days. I have fully switched over from Tire Pros in Hudson because they are nowhere near as honest and don't stand behind their manufacturers parts like Jensen does.
