“We were traveling from Minnesota to Wisconsin, when 100 miles into our trip, the trailer brakes went out on our Grand Design Solitude 390RK-R. I called Veterans Truck & Trailer and spoke to Jeremy. They were unable to get us in for same day service, but he provided me numbers of other places to call and said if I have no luck to call them back. After calling 4 other shops, no one could get us in until next week. I called Jeremy back and he said they could squeeze us in first thing in the morning.We arrived and everyone in the service department was friendly and treated us like "longtime friends".
