I brought my wedding dress here because it was less expensive then a specialized wedding dress cleaning shop. As they told us they cleaned wedding dresses by hand. The dress had dirt on the bottom from the floor from dancing ...otherwise the dress was spotless. When we went to pick up the dress it was still dirty and a note saying that they were unable to get it clean. When we brought it in we were not informed that there was a possibility the dirt might not come out completely. If we were made aware of the potential limitations of the cleaners before proceeding we would of taken the dress to the shop that does wedding dress cleaning by hand which is a little more in price but they keep it longer that 4 days so we know it was actually cleaned by hand. The dress like all wedding dresses was expensive and sentimental so having them mention that they may not get it cleaned ...we would have considered other options. Given this lack of communication, I believe the business should take responsibility for the poor outcome and work for a resolution. They would not give me a refund even though the dress looked pretty much the same as it did when we brought it in. They did say they would try to clean it again ...not sure why they couldn't clean it the first time..and why now they would clean it more and get the dirt out? Definitely have lost confidence in this companies ability to handle and clean delicate items and will never take chances with your services again. Also they said I would have to sign a wavier incase they damaged it if I wanted them to try harder to get the dirt out. I would not recommend taking your wedding dress here not only did they fail to clean it properly, but they also didn't warn me ahead of time that they might not be able to remove the dirt.

I have used Clean'n'Press cleaners for over 25 years to dryclean my fine wool sweaters, business suits, skirts, dresses, Cashmere long winter coat, king size comforters, duvet cover, and a long time ago my wedding dress. They best, most reliable, and environmentally friendly cleaners in MN. I use their coupons they send out by text, or email, or can be found on their website. Locations all over the metro area (not in Faribault so I drive to Lakeville).
I used the comforter coupon but my duvet cleaning was a bit spendy (dog accident overnight).
As I've moved I've have frequented Vadnais Heights, West St. Paul, Eagan, and most recently Lakeville locations. I've always received friendly and efficient service. :)
