I was impressed with their service ..each time has been a 10 star rating..it is good to know that there are business and employees who are Serious about making sure they do a good job and you are satisfied I give them 10 stars..for their experience ...hard work and knowlege as well as turn around time was surprising and early...I was amazed at such professionalism..

It took almost 2 weeks for a simple headlight repair. I was told would be a week. Nobody was updating me on why it was taking so long. every time I called I got a different excuse and a different date. If you were not able to fix my car the week I brought it in, why wouldn't someone let me know and then I would not have had to use a rental car. I could drive my own while you waited for parts. The online thing that allegedly updates you on the status of the car said that it was in the paint department for a week and a half. I spent so much money on a rental car that it didn't make it any more cost effective to use your shop that was recommended by my insurance company for the small discount. I ended up paying more than I saved by using your services because it took so long.

It took 2 weeks to get my headlight replaced even though I was told 1 week. the cost was resonable but the amopunt of money I had to shell out for a rental car because they would not fix my car totally negated any money I would have saved by using this business.

The team members at Classic Collision were very kind and personable. I felt comfortable calling to ask about the progress of my van's repair process. When the repairs were complete, they noticed an area of the paint that was not up to their standards and made sure to make it right. They even took time to buff out some previous scuffed areas I mentioned when they were doing the final cleaning and inspection.

I stopped by with a question regarding painting a tow hook cover, expecting they would say it was too small a job to handle.
Mine had been damaged and when I ordered a new one from Audi they explained I would have to have it painted by a body shop.
Well I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could, it would take a couple of days and it was at no charge.
Classic Collision called the next day saying it was ready and when I stopped to get it he offered to put it on for me all at no charge.
You rarely see service like this and I know this would be the place I would go for any future body shop repairs. Very Impressed customer!
