The manager, whose an older woman, was very rude . I dropped off Amazon returns for UPS and was holding my 12month old daughter , and she chastised me for showing her where the labels were. Was not the first time dealing with her bad attitude and poor customer service. Avoid this CVS at all costs

I’ve always had great service and support from the store staff and the pharmacy. I move my business here from Walgreens because of the poor service I received across the street.

The women at front checkout desk was extremely rude and ignorant. I was there for an ups package pickup, she gave me a weird look, and responded with she didn’t see any ups people coming in today. Although I showed her that I received the notice for pick up at this store location, she seems not willingly to help at all. At the end, she found the package and just toss it to the table?? She didn’t do her work right at all, with no apology and her grumpy face. Why would a store will hire someone like this?

Lady at the front was very rude. My husband and I have both dropped packages there for years, she’s always rude but today was extra… she said she wasn’t sure if she had room for my box, she said nope sorry, I walked over by the ups stuff and there were tons of empty shelves, she said the box didn’t stay on the shelf and she couldn’t put it on the floor, I said what about the top shelf? Just flip the box the other way? She said nope this ups part can’t be blocked? I was like really there are storms coming and I really don’t want to drive to another place? She’s like NO I can’t take your box… she also tried saying it’s a different size than what we normally ship, I said sometimes there are smaller boxes, but most of the time it’s this size, she argued with me.. it’s my husbands business that we ship stuff for so I think I would know. She is not a nice, or friendly person at all. I went to Farmington location and they gladly accepted my box. I even explained what happened at the other store, and ironically their shelves were actually very full and they still accepted mine. We will not be back for anything to that location ever! I honestly wish I would’ve taken pictures of the empty shelves when she said she doesn’t know if there was room. It’s honestly laughable…

Front end staff was helpful in helping me to find an unusual item and then a pharmacy staff helped me find another item! The pharmacy has been great about prescriptions at the drive thru!

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. Need passport photos? Their camera is broken. Need to fill a basic prescription? It's too late in the day and they can't do it. Need to dispose of old medications? They don't do that here (and will not help you find an alternative). Need a COVID test? Too bad, they don't do that here even though you can still book an appointment for one online. Don't waste your time, just go to the Walgreens across the street.

Got wrong medication, also tried calling multiple times to get an answer on why and all I get is a voicemail. I understand mistakes happen but I feel like there should be an easier way on communication

I love being a member of CVS rewards program. Every month I get a $10 credit on my account to use toward purchases of my choice, plus the additional 20% discounts on the purchase of any CVS products. I have saved tons of money by becoming a member. And I look forward to the start of each new month so I can utilize my bonus money. Excellent program!

Would not recommend this pharmacy location. Used this pharmacy for 6 months and never filled a prescription without an issue. Often ended up having the same phone call several times prior to an issue getting resolved. Was given the incorrect quantity of medication (one month supply as opposed to 3 month supply).

Multiple negative experiences getting prescriptions there with extremely long wait times. Latest my wife called and they assured her it would be ready in half an hour. Almost two hours later we stopped to get it, just another 15 minutes we were told. Already on my way to another appointment so couldn’t wait and they closed in 45 minutes so now my wife has to wait for her prescription until the following day. I get people are short handed but this is the last straw. Moving to another pharmacy.
