Lakeville by Hy-Vee. I have a pretty simple hair style, one length with face layers. My normal place was booked so I went to Great Clips, because again, it’s not a difficult cut. I can do it myself but struggle with the back. I suspected this person didn’t know what she was doing but didn’t want to be judgmental. The moment I heard the scissors cutting through half my back hair in one single cut, I knew I had made a terrible mistake choosing Great Clips. The rest of the haircut was pretty much the same, cutting chunks at a time. The cut was a zero star but I’m giving two stars because I didn’t say anything. If I had, they might’ve been able to fix it, but honestly, what do you do at that point? I didn’t want to get into it with them with a store full of people. I ended up still paying and tipping and fixing it at home.

Kim is a terrible manager. Talking Badly about other customers before we were seen. (Asian lady had to tell her numerous times the mom was nice, while in front of other people Kim continued to say the lady had a grumpy face). My sons hair was cut uneven and when I questioned her she got upset and told me it was the same on each side, “oh but I didn’t cut this part..” appeased me to try and even out and got in car and she didn’t even fix part she admitted was wrong. Got home and his bangs still have 4 inches in places longer than the cut. Asked her to have a manager higher than her call me- we shall see. Taking pics and cutting before school ourselves.
