  If you are looking for a great spot for all your automotive needs, Heartland Tire and Auto Lakeville is your spot! It starts with the owner and his exceptional front desk staff. They are experienced and incredibly knowledgeable. They listen to your needs and concerns, determine the fix and get you back on the road.
  
  There are a number of times when I have come in, thinking I know the issues and I am ready to spend the money, only to learn it is a much simpler and less expensive fix. They have saved me money countless times. When your car does need some fixing, the highly trained and dedicated crew in the back get's it done!
  
  You can trust and depend on the folks at Heartland Tire and Auto! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

  🚨 EXTREME WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO GOODYEAR–HEARTLAND TIRE & AUTO IN LAKEVILLE, MINNESOTA 🚨
  
  In June 2025, I had no choice but to have my car towed to Goodyear–Heartland in Lakeville after my daughter hit a curb while trying to avoid an accident. The incident damaged a wheel, a tire, and caused issues under the car’s axle. This Goodyear location was the closest available option at the time — and unfortunately, we paid a steep price for that convenience.
  
  Let me be absolutely clear: the service performed on my vehicle was shoddy, incomplete, and downright unacceptable. When I got the car back to my home area, I had to take it to Honda — where the work Goodyear–Heartland had done had to be completely redone. Honda verified that their workmanship was substandard and insufficient.
  
  When I called Goodyear–Heartland to report that multiple warning lights were appearing on my dashboard, they deflected all responsibility. They falsely claimed those lights were already on before they began the repairs — a flat-out lie.
  
  This is not just a complaint — it’s a high-level alert to other customers:
  
  ⚠️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
  
  ⚠️ DO NOT trust them with your vehicle.
  
  ⚠️ DO NOT waste your money here.
  
  I don’t know how other Goodyear locations operate, but this one was a total disaster. If you care about your vehicle, your safety, and your wallet, I urge you to go elsewhere. This place does not deserve your business.

  Heartland tire and auto went well above what I expected today. Made an appointment yesterday and this morning they were ready to put my tires on my RV. Since the RV won’t fit in their bays they brought jacks out and got the tires off and new ones put on in less than an hour. While I waited I was trying to debug my rv lights because it was the first time connecting up to my new truck. The gentleman that was dealing with my tire install came over and debugged it for me. Saved me time and headache. Great job Heartland tire and auto.

  I have been using Heartland since 2003. They provide good quality honest service. This includes service on newer cars and older cars my kids have driven. I have had them service as many as 5 family cars at a time.
  
  There are not many shops where you know the staff by name and they know you by name.
  
  You won’t be disappointed if you use Heartland Tire in Lakeville.
