Everyone is very nice!But I have never consistently had a slower experience.It seems well staffed? But expect to spend 10-30 minutes depositing or cashing.

Apparently they don't allow anyone in lobby. Went to doors during business hour and locked. Least they could do is post a sign on the door that no lobby traffic allowed. Made a wire transfer and was told it would be done in an hour and I would receive a message . Waited and tried to call to get information and no response. Time to find a new banking partner.

The Apple valley Cub Branch showed on Google to be open today but I got there and there was a paper sign stating close today. This is very poor management if the branch is closed Google should be updated

TCF is now Huntington, I needed a voived blank check for direct deposit. The line was short but still waited like 15 minutes. The banker didn't have any answers to my simple questions, was short to answer like I was an inconvenience.They don't provide blank checks with our names on them like most other banks do until the new ones come in the mail. TCF had bad reviews, and I liked them, we have been members for over 25 yrs. I may be closing my accounts and looking elsewhere to do my businesses

Worst bank ever. Horribly botched the transfer of TCF accounts. They are out to rob you for every fee they can. Go to another bank as soon as you can.
