I went in at around 5:15-5:30 am on nov 19th 2024 and got a dount and a monster and the cashier somehow charges me 29$ then says I'll get it back but made me swipe my card twice needless to say I will not be coming back here incompetent employees working here quick trips standard has dropped significantly and if I don't get my money back I will be coming in and making a scene this is outrageous how do you manage to mess up a simple scanning of items?

This location has this 1 employee who always has a very nasty demeanor when I come to this location. She sits on a walker, doesn't greet me. When I hand her my money, she tosses my money on the counter. Why work in a customer service position if you don't want to provide good, friendly customers service?

I don’t know what’s wrong with the lady that works at night like I always reload my green doth card at this location and I never had a problem with anything but she always tell me that she can’t reload money after 10pm when any other day with any other cashier I can at any time one time I showed up at 1 in the morning and I was able it’s the second time that she refuse service to me I have to drive other 5 miles to get some service I think it’s unacceptable.

It’s always super annoying to try and get diesel fuel when you have to stand in a wet puddle of diesel fuel and then drag that back in to my truck. Disgusting

Cleanest, friendless & most presentable in the area. I think other Kwik Trip locations, like the Eagan location for example should take pointers. Greta location, always stocked up on fresh food, always smiling faces. Great Job, you can definitely see that this location has good leadership.

Friendly staff, great food, good prices and always clean. The parking lot and pumps can get very hectic so if you don't like that make sure to go off hours.

Great store but good luck finding what you need. The isles are constantly filled with overstock making it impossible to see/get anything off the shelves.

The pump area can get a bit crowded during rush hour but it's a great place for gas, snacks, beverages and food. Friendly employees as well.
