“I dropped off four drapery panels for dry cleaning at the Robbinsdale location of Pilgrim Cleaners. I was so pleased with the friendly, helpful service, the great job they did and they were ready in half the time expected! I will definitely use them for any future dry cleaning needs.”
“I am an AGM for a Marriott hotel. Customer service is my field and specialty for over 25 years. I love the business. And I recognize good service quickly. This was my first experience with clean & press and I’m sold. I’m only using you guys from now on. Quick, efficient and amazing customer service.”
“Super reasonable prices and friendly service! Will be going here from now on!
One note for the owners - you should educate your burnsville staff on the drycleaning process. I had a few questions regarding drycleaning (my first time drycleaning something) and the staff member did not know anything about dry cleaning. We googled the questions together lol”
“It's never fun when you're less than a year old combo washer dryer stops working and your laundry piles up but looking online for a nearby laundromat to knock everything out really quickly certainly has its perks!
Loading up all our towels in the two massive washers (10.75 each) and 2 loads of clothes in the smaller machines (6.50 each), and then transitioned those into compatible dryers (at 3.50 and 2.75 respectively). Ultimately getting 4 loads of laundry done in less than an hour and paying about $50 was a hit to the wallet but worth my time.
The machines are very nice and the lovely lady that works there was a delight to chat with while our laundry ran and see was cleaning. Certainly will come back when the larger loads are a necessity.”
“I cant find the question feature. But I was wondering what the prices of the machines are here as I am looking for an alternative for the laundromat up the highway.
Thx.”
“Absolutely amazing washing and drying laundromat.
Clean well working machines , dryers and washers .
Emmenities laundry soap etc available through machine.
Vending machine both liquids and snacks .
Book section of various books to read while you do laundry .
Clean restroom . Card reader machines, or quarters available from Vending.
Amazing laundromat, highly recommend”
“The “FREE” Drying is done away with.
The disrespectful use of the dryers and the cost of repair had to be offset.
It appears “all the dryers” are working properly!
Let’s help keep it that way!!”

“The process was very easy and simple, the employee that I worked with was very kind and explained everything well. My dress that I dropped off looks amazing and stunning!”
